If an item sent was not as described or was of low quality, you will have 14 business days from the day you received the item to contact us and receive a full or partial refund.
For items that were damaged during transit, contact us within 3 business days from the day you received product for a refund or item exchange.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and we will issue you with a full refund of the purchase price within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.
Refunds are issued via the payment method that was used to purchase the goods. If you choose to keep the item, we will give a fair partial refund as discussed between you and the Mitsooz team.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Items that Cannot be Returned: Items include those in the interests of hygiene, gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items (if sold).
